it's all in the way you look at it. sometimes you have to get off the bus and see it displayed on a table all by itself. then you realize for the first time that it has a color, a taste, a shape, a smell. you realize it because the spargel on this table has a different color, taste, shape, and smell then the spargel you've always known. but it's still spargel. and then you notice the sign advertising a spargel festival. and you think "celebrate spargel?" that's right...celebrate spargel.

Just How Prestigious is That Honor Roll?
Congradulations honor roll students.
That's what the sign outside the school I passed on my way to the grocery read.
I belong to SPOGG, if that tells you anything! Oh, and I love it when you see anything about "proper spelling and good grammEr." Makes me laugh every time!
It's one thing when they're not teaching the students to spell, but sadly, that sign was probably not put up by a student... I wonder if anyone has said anything to the administration or if they'll correct it?
Maybe it was a play on words for the graduating seniors? Maybe? God, I hate stupid people.

Spelling is a lost art and a lost class in school. The kids are just too busy testing.
